Intentional Microdosing & Internal Family Systems
Explore what Internal Family Systems is and how it can support an intentional microdosing practice
Would you like to explore how Internal Family Systems (IFS), or parts work, can support you in your intentional microdosing practice?
This workshop discusses what intentional microdosing is, what Internal Family Systems is, and how the two connect.
Maggie found her way to intentional work with psychedelics after feeling like she hit a wall in her personal therapy. After a year of very intense therapeutic work, involving both EMDR and Internal Family Systems, Maggie felt called to begin microdosing to support the healing work she was doing.
Almost immediately, Maggie was able to break through a lifelong pattern of intellectualizing her feelings and finally access, and feel, her feelings. Working with psychedelics allowed Maggie to get off her prescription antidepressants and ADHD
medication, connect with her heart, and live a life aligned with the truth of who she is.
Maggie is passionate about supporting anyone who is interested in working with medicine, especially those who are brand new to working with psychedelics.
