Brooke Novick

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a brain-body based therapeutic technique that uses eye position to access and process deeply rooted emotions, trauma, and pain.

Brainspotting focuses on the primal, subcortical regions of the brain, which allows you to access spaces within that are not accessible through talking and the thinking mind.

Brainspotting is an intuitive and flexible way of somatically working to heal pain. Whether you are navigating certain challenges or seeking expansion, Brainspotting can powerfully support you.

In your Brainspotting session, you will be lovingly held, supported, and guided as you embark on a sacred and profound journey within.

Individual Brainspotting

Work one-on-one with Brooke in a private Brainspotting session.

  • 1 Individual Brainspotting Session: $150/session

  • 6 Individual Brainspotting Sessions: $130/session ($780 total)

  • 12+ Individual Brainspotting Sessions: $120/session ($1440 total)

It is recommended to have at least 6-12 sessions to receive the greatest amount of benefit from your work.

Session Frequency: This varies for each individual, so we will determine what feels most aligned for you. Some people feel called to have multiple sessions in close proximity to one another, while others prefer one session a week. The right frequency is what is best for you, your unique needs, and circumstances.

New York and Florida residents: You can submit a superbill to your insurance to receive out-of network behavioral health benefits for our work together.

A 5-week long intentional microdosing container

This Container Includes:

  • Five 50-min individual sessions (one a week)

  • Text/voicenote support with Michael throughout the entire five weeks

  • Prep & integration support

  • Access to Axis Mundi's online course: Microdose

This container will provide you with a great deal of personalized support and connection as you move through your intentional microdosing practice. Being supported in this way allows you to receive the greatest amount of benefit from your work with the medicine.

This container will deeply support you with your healing and evolution, no matter what is bringing you to the medicine at this time.

medicine Journey prep & integration

Prep & Integration Support for Your Medicine Work

This Package Includes:

  • One 50-min prep session before your medicine journey(s)

  • Two 50-min integration sessions after your medicine journey(s)

This package will provide you with support before and after your medicine journey, to ensure that you both intentionally prepare for and integrate your work with the medicine.

Preparation and integration are essential components of intentionally working with psychedelics, and this package will ensure that you do both.
